There is one thing that the Messianic community has in common, and that is that everyone seems to know the correct pronunciation of the Sacred Name, יהוה (b’H)! However, a problem exists in that each group or individual within that community, has a different understanding of that pronunciation. This makes it absolutely ridiculous for one to promote their understanding over another without alienating many, or causing strife, confusion, and dissension within the community, which are not the ways of יהוה (b’H).
We have our understanding, but it may not agree with yours. Yes, there is only one correct way to pronounce the Sacred Name, should we, therefore, make it our mission to correct and save others from their supposed ignorance, when each one thinks their way is the only correct way? Are we absolutely sure that our transliteration of and pronunciation of יהוה (b’H), is correct???
Friends, when Mashiyach returns we will all know everything correctly, we will all be on the same ‘sheet of music’! Let us spend our short life-span here learning to accept our differences in this matter while pursuing the search for the deep, hidden truths of Torah and how to apply them to our ‘walk’. Our task is to love ‘The Living Water’, while being obedient to His Commandments.
Be blessed as we seek out His ways, and the manner in which we live out His Torah!
